通过ALD 或者 PERC process工艺 提供到 Carrier 上的 硅片 利用高速吸盘 快速的把 硅片传送到花篮里面来 下料 再把新的花篮里的硅片 抽取后 供应给 ALD 或者 PERC 设备的上下料自动化传送设备
